Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from Switzerland. International shipping is available to most countries in Europe and worldwide. Please contact us for rates and estimated delivery times if your country is not listed at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Switzerland domestic orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days. European orders are usually 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Orders outside Europe generally take 10 to 20 business days depending on destination. All timelines are estimates and may vary based on local postal services and customs clearance times for international orders.

Is my order tracked?

Yes. All orders are dispatched with Swiss Post tracked shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been sent. You can track your parcel directly on the Swiss Post website using that number. If your tracking has not updated in several days or shows an unexpected status, please get in touch and we will investigate on your behalf.

Can I return a card?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a return or exchange. Cards must be returned in the same condition they were received, with original packaging where applicable. Please do not return items without contacting us first so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods at checkout, including credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our checkout provider. If you have a question about a payment or need an invoice for your records, please email us and we will assist you promptly.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We pack every order with sleeves, top loaders or card savers, and padded rigid mailers to protect cards in transit. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the card immediately and then email us with those photos. We will work with you to resolve the situation quickly, whether that means a replacement, a refund, or filing a claim with Swiss Post on your behalf.

Can you source a specific card I am looking for?

We regularly source new stock across Chinese Pokemon TCG, One Piece TCG, sports cards, and graded slabs. If you are looking for a specific card and do not see it listed in our shop, email us with the details including the card name, set, and condition you are looking for. We keep a want list and will contact you when the card comes in. We are particularly well-placed to source S-Chinese Pokemon singles that are difficult to find anywhere in Europe.

Do you offer bulk or trade deals?

Yes. If you are looking to purchase a larger quantity of cards, or if you have cards you would like to sell or trade, please reach out by email with details of what you have or what you are looking for. We consider all reasonable offers and are happy to discuss buying individual collections, graded lots, or single high-value pieces.

How are cards packaged for shipping?

Every card order is packed with a penny sleeve and a top loader or card saver as standard. Higher-value orders are packed with additional bubble wrap and a rigid cardboard mailer to prevent bending in transit. We take packaging seriously because we are collectors ourselves and understand how important it is for cards to arrive in the same condition they were sent. Sealed boxes are packed flat and protected from crushing with additional padding inside the outer mailer.
