Returns

  • We accept returns on trading cards only within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  • Sealed boxes, sealed products, and sealed cases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date we receive the returned item.

Shipping Liability

  • Once a package has been handed off to the postal service or shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for any loss, delays, or damages that may occur during transit.
  • We cannot issue refunds for packages damaged or lost by the postal service.
  • If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, you must contact the shipping carrier or post office directly to file a claim.
